Manage Your FSA Compliance with C365Cloud

Organisations which operate within the food industry must have a plan based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles to comply with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) regulations.

HACCP principles are to be followed by organisations within the food industry to manage food safety standards. HACCP principles are in place to ensure there are no biological, chemical, or physical hazards which could make food unsafe or unfit to consume.

If any hazards are identified, Critical Control Points (CCPs) must be identified and actioned for hazards to be prevented, removed, or reduced.
